History

Tietokoura was set up in 1996, when the Internet was first getting established. At that time, we chose to provide software services for the web and web browsers; in the beginning we also produced web pages and portals. We quickly realised that many service processes could be made more efficient by using the web.

Today

Today, our specialist area is focussed on the energy sector, but we also produce comprehensive solutions for other sectors and software houses. We still produce online service and transaction processes, often in cooperation with our partners. In addition to our standard services, we also produce customised software and consulting packages for our customers. Our customer organisations’ operations and, consequently, our software, too, can be found on every continent.

For the future

We can see that the Internet is here to stay. Our job is to investigate its full potential and exploit it for your benefit. In the future as well, Tietokoura will create customised solutions and products for the energy sector, work in cooperation with consultancies and software houses and install transaction services that are independent of a particular make of equipment for other sectors.
